The through-line is trust, earned with clients, teams, and stakeholders, and used to move difficult initiatives forward.
I led the strategic growth and commercial scale of Elicere into an Inc. 500 (#443) and Washington Technology Fast 50 (#43) digital consulting and cloud-delivery firm, capturing more than $31 million in cumulative revenue.
I have delivered mission-critical work in the most regulated environments in the country. For the Federal Reserve Board, I served as program manager for the migration of 90+ mission-critical sites to secure cloud, capturing requirements directly from senior executives, including the Fed Chair's office. For the FDIC, I directed governance and orchestrated the transition of 60+ complex IT projects from a legacy incumbent with zero mission disruption.
I turn stalled systems into commercial wins. I rescued a failing $1M enterprise data platform, re-architected it onto open-source PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and cut report generation from three days to under three minutes, work that helped drive the client's acquisition by one of the largest agriculture enterprises in the US. I have scaled platforms to 1.7 million acres and 277 million data points, and delivered TMSALogix, a maritime compliance SaaS deployed to vessels worldwide.
More recently I have brought generative and agentic AI into production with the guardrails regulated enterprises require: retrieval-augmented generation to reduce hallucinations, role-based access controls, cost governance, and human-in-the-loop review.
